Demo Submission Conditions
Submitting a link requests exclusively a private editorial evaluation by Astral Summer.
Rights in the material
The sender declares that they hold the rights and permissions needed to share the material for that purpose, including relevant rights of other participants. Do not submit material you are not authorized to present.
Limited permission
Permission is limited to the access and internal listening necessary for evaluation by Astral Summer, without exclusivity or automatic transfer of rights.
Submission does not automatically authorize publication, distribution, radio use, marketing or AI training by the project. Any release or other use requires a separate agreement with the relevant rights holders. No blanket waiver or restriction of mandatory legal rights is required.
Evaluation and privacy
Submission does not guarantee an individual response, selection or a contract. Links and passwords are intended for authorized evaluation access, not publication in a public queue.
Read the privacy notice on the form before submitting. Acknowledging that notice is separate from accepting these conditions and is not marketing consent.
Minors and guardians
Minors participate through a guardian, who must authorize private evaluation through the process described on the form. Follow the age bands and instructions on the form.
Email confirmation does not certify identity or legal authority and does not replace applicable legal requirements. Do not send identity documents or excessive information.
Contact and withdrawal
To withdraw a request, correct details or raise a complaint, contact contact@astralsummer.com.br. Withdrawing from evaluation and assessing a data erasure request are separate steps, subject to necessary retention and applicable law.
